Dominick
Fink, a native of Chesapeake, is a 9th grader currently enrolled
as a ballet major at the Governor's School for the Performing
Arts &
Western Branch High School.
She is the daughter of Kenneth and Lesley Fink-Anderson. An
accomplished dancer, Dominick has received numerous awards for
her dance performance. She is an honor roll student and a
National Junior Honor Society inductee. In 2009, Dominick
received the President's Outstanding Volunteer Service Award.
She is the Founder of
H.U.G.S. – Helping
Underprivileged Girls Succeed;
an organization that provides school supplies and mentoring to
disadvantaged youth. Using her passion for performing arts,
Dominick will serve as an ambassador for “Making Healthy Choices
for Teens”, a program designed to inspire youth to make good
choices and stay fit. In 2007, she was Miss Virginia's
Outstanding Preteen and was first runner up to Miss Virginia’s
Outstanding Teen in 2009 and 2010. In the future, Dominick
hopes to graduate from the
University of Florida
with a double major in Business Management and Dance. She
aspires to dance on Broadway and own her own
dance studio.
She enjoys spending
time in New York City,
Broadway shows and shopping. |
