outstanding teen Brittany's return home at the Richmond Airport on Sunday, August 20th. Home from Miss America's Outstanding Teen competition in Orlando where she was 2nd runner-up, winner of $18,000 scholarship and also preliminary talent winner. She was greeted by a few members of the Greater Richmond committee giving her flowers and welcome home hugs.
