Hey Everybody!

I hope you had a wonderful Easter weekend. My family (mom, dad, sisters-Heather and Trilby, my Uncle Randy, and Cousin Bella) went to our Florida home in Orlando. We visited the parks a few days, shopped and just enjoyed each other’s company.

My upcoming projects include: The Loudoun Street Mile, March of Dimes, Zandra’s Zebras, and the JHHS Anchor Club’s Toiletry Drive. In every community there are so many needs, it is truly a blessing when everyone can work together to make a difference.

I am getting so excited for June and Miss Virginia’s Outstanding Teen competition to come! Congratulations to all the local pageant winners! I’m really looking forward to seeing many familiar faces and making new friends, too.

April is finally here and ya’ know what that means?!?! MY BIRTHDAY! I will be 17 on April 19! I cannot believe I’m going to be that old! My father has run the Boston Marathon for the last three years and is returning to Boston to make it four! The whole family will be cheering for him and shopping on Newberry Street. We will travel to Boston the Thursday the 17^th. Lucky for me that Boston is my favorite city so I am where I want to be on my birthday every year!

I had so much fun at the Dog Jog in Richmond last weekend helping support a good cause as well as being there with my Preteen Greater Richmond sister, Prentiss Marquis and my big sis, Jordan Forbes. My friend, Brandon, and I drove down very early Saturday morning, and we walked to raise money as part of “Prentiss’ Pals.” It was so much fun seeing Jordon, Prentiss, Miranda, Katie, Ashley, Ms. Traci, Ms. Lindsay, Mr. Buddy, Mrs. Sue, and so many more people! It was really fun and a special thank you to Prentiss and her mom for their hard work to prepare for a successful event. When we got into the car to leave, Brandon and I both said “What a fun day!” We truly had a great time! Brandon and I walked one of the Cox Doxies – Spade Here’s his picture! Ashley Gregory walked Brandy and Mr. Buddy walked Nutmeg.
